We understand that unforeseen events may happen, and you might not be able to attend your scheduled appointment. In such cases, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer the freed-up time to someone else. Please note: For cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment, we charge a 100% fee, which must be settled at your next visit.

If you would like French tips, babyboomer style, extra-long nails, or any special designs, please let us know in advance, as these services require more time.
